Wheat flour, sugar, milk powder, baking powder [raising agents (450, 500, 341), wheat starch], buttermilk powder (milk) (4%), natural flavours (milk), prebiotic fibre (inulin), salt, natural sweetener (steviol glycosides), emulsifier (soy lecithin).

1. Give the bottle a good shake to loosen the mix.
2. Remove the cap and add water to the fill line (220 mL). Pop the cap back on, flip the bottle upside down and tap on the bench. Shake well until smooth.
3. Slowly open the cap to release any air (no mess!).
4. Squeeze the batter into a lightly greased pan over medium heat. Keep the bottle upside down between pancakes to use every last drop. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until fluffy and golden.
